The 1990 Ferrari F1-90 / 641 Formula One car was at the centre of one of the toughest battles in F1 history. The season saw fierce rivalry between Alain Prost at Ferrari and Ayrton Senna at McLaren. Prost had worked hard improving the reliability of the F1-90’s gearbox and also worked behind the scenes to bring the whole Ferrari team closer together.

His development work helped the F1-90 / 641 chassis to be extremely fast and competitive, and he scored five wins, including a remarkable victory from 13th place on the grid in Mexico. However, the famous collision between the two drivers at the Japanese Grand Prix sealed the Drivers’ Championship for Senna.

This superb 1:8 scale hand-made model of the legendary Ferrari F1-90 / 641 was developed and built in conjunction with Scuderia Ferrari. It captures every detail of the real car. Each of the models in this small limited edition are hand built by a team of skilled craftsmen.

The model is also available as a Nigel Mansell version.
